Stornierungsrichtlinien und Rückerstattung für Töpferkurse

• Bis 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Du erhältst einen Gutschein in voller Höhe, den du innerhalb von 2 Jahren für einen anderen Kurs bei uns einlösen kannst.

• 14–7 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Du erhältst einen Gutschein über 50 % des Kurspreises.

• Weniger als 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Eine Erstattung ist leider nicht mehr möglich. Du kannst aber gerne eine Ersatzperson schicken – bitte informiere uns dazu rechtzeitig per E-Mail.

Die Gutscheine sind 2 Jahre lang gültig und können ausschließlich im Atelier eingelöst werden. Eine Auszahlung des Gutscheinwerts ist nicht möglich.

Cancellation policy and refunds for pottery courses

- Up to 14 days before the start of the course: You will receive a voucher for the full amount, which you can redeem for another course with us within 2 years.

- 14-7 days before the start of the course: You will receive a voucher for 50% of the course price.

- Less than 7 days before the start of the course: Unfortunately, a refund is no longer possible. However, you are welcome to send a substitute - please inform us in good time by e-mail.

The vouchers are valid for 2 years and can only be redeemed in the studio. It is not possible to pay out the value of the voucher.
